Dill is a great digestive aid, but it has an even greater reputation for expelling gas and bloating. Dill's antispasmodic properties make it a great remedy for hiccups as well.
Speaking of "antispasmodic", Peppermint is the second ingredient in this effective tincture because it is known for relaxing muscles, as well as reducing stomach cramps and spasms. It's clean, refreshing flavor and aroma is very welcoming after a bout of indigestion.
Last, but certainly not least, is Chamomile! Versatile, comforting, anti-inflammatory, calming, relaxing, and soothing. Perfect for that upset tummy.

* Note: Herbs are wonderful to use for medicine and often don’t have side effects (unless of course you are allergic to some of them). They are also not easy to overdose on. When I treat my family with an herbal tincture, I usually give them 2-3 times the amount I have listed above without any problems. Again, start small and see what works for your family. Every BODY is different.
* Note: If this is your first time using an herbal medicine, know that herbal medicine doesn't work like Tylenol or ibuprofen. Herbs work with your body and can often take time to begin to make a visual difference. Of course we recommend that if a fever is higher then your doctor or you are comfortable with, please seek medical attention.
