Passion Flower: Calming and relaxing this herb has a long history treating epilepsy, anxiety, insomnia and panic attacks. This is a great herb to use for hyperactive children. It has been shown to have pain receiving effects specifically for toothaches, headaches, and menstrual pain due to its antispasmodic properties. It is very well-known for it’s sleep-inducing properties. One OF THE BEST HERBS for stress, anxiety, and depression.
